I try to fix the problem, but it wasn't successful.

After reading https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=95622 , it seems the new result is the good one.
Also there is an expected with this value in
qt-5.0-wk2/css3/filters/composited-during-animation-layertree-expected.txt
So probably just a rebaselining needed. Also if qt-5.0-wk1 and qt-5.0-wk2 results are the same you should move them to qt directory.

I can confirm the flakiness. Running
Tools/Scripts/run-webkit-tests --no-new-test-results --debug-rwt-logging --no-show-results --no-sample-on-timeout --results-directory layout-test-results --release --qt css3/filters/composited-during-animation-layertree.html --iteration=10
not all iteration passes on Qt WK1.
But it passes with all iterations on Qt WK2.
