1) Load the attached html page 2) Hit command-R to reload the page repeatably Expected behavior: The console continues to display things nicely, each reload has a nice dashed line to represent it. Actual behavior: Weird overdrawing of characters (see attached image)

Yep, looks like a duplicate of <http://webkit.org/b/114566>. I loaded the test case there and it's exactly what I'm seeing from my example.

Fixed in Safari 7.
