This means that <frameset> tests can't dumpAsText(), because the only valid child of a <frameset> is a <frame>. TO REPRO: <frameset onload="layoutTestController.dumpAsText()"> <frame src="data:text/html,<p>hello world</p>"> </frameset> --> empty dump

This bug has been resolved by layoutTestController. dumpChildFramesAsText.
