fast/regions/full-screen-video-from-region.html introduced in
https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/138755, but fails on Qt with timeout:

Bug 102388 is incorrect, since I used the wrong bug id in the changelog. I modified to bug 104144.

It's related to the bug https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=92078, webkitRequestFullscreen() function is not implemented.
