<div id="middle">Middle Section.<BR>.<BR>.I have created this page so the Webkit developers can test this bug.  Firefox, IE5-7, and Opera render this correctly.  However, webkit-related browsers can not vertically scroll.<BR>.<BR>.We discovered this when redesigning <a href="http://www.tech-recipes.com">tech-recipes.com</a>.  <BR>.<BR>It appears to be related to having a table surrounding some divs that have absolute position.
