I load yousendit.com, then specify a destination email address and choose a file.

after clicking on Send, the progress text and bar appear. everything appears to work for a couple of seconds and then the 'failure' notice appears.

I've tried this a few times. the file I tried to send was a jpeg file approx 2.1MB.

I couldn't reproduce this with shipping Safari or ToT. I noticed that the site connects to port 81 when sending files - maybe it is closed in your network?

I have no problems using the site in Opera 8.

I tried using Reset Safari (with catastrophic results; who decided to automatically delete all internet-related passwords in the Keychain? those passwords also get used by browsers other than Safari!) but that didn't fix the problem either.

What I was meaning to say was that Safari connects to port 81, of course :). Anyway, perhaps someone else will be able to reproduce.

I sent a small file to a friend (I didn't register) and it worked fine here. Using final version of Safari on 10.4.9 PPC

I also cannot confirm the bug. Per comment #1, comment #4 and my result I resolve the bug as WORKSFORME.
