Gradient generation is currently not 100% accurate, url is a particularly clear case of the difference.  This is a very minor bug, but has a significant effect on filters that perform calculations using input colour.  This does not appear to be a colour profiles problem.

That bug seems fixed by my pattern/gradient rewrite.
