The window content does not resize when you make the window smaller. BTW this happens on al cpgnuke based sites that have menu blocks on the right side.
On first look, disabling image loading causes it to revert to normal behaviour; either it's something specific about the site/css, or it's something about the images themselves and size calculations. Specifically, it looks like the homepage's "most recent photos" block is responsible for the problem; this is using a marquee tag with a percentage width set; containing a table with a percentage width set. Probably something about the marquee tag. (people still use the marquee tag???)
