The assertion in KWQPainter.mm:841 fails and Safari crashes with a development build of WebKit. To reproduce: open http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page and wait for it to finish loading, then switch from Safari to another application. I'm almost certain that this regression started with the patch for bug 4924
