Steps to reproduce: 1) Go to <http://www.apple.com/imac/features/>. 2) In the address bar, enter javascript:window.resizeTo(1024, 1024) 3) Click the "View the iMac Application Performance Chart" link on the page. Results: The performance chart that pops up is positioned such that its bottom is outside the visible part of the page. In Safari 3.1.1, the chart is positioned higher, so that it fits in the window without scrolling.

bisect-builds gave me the range r31381-r31388, which did not make much sense to me. When I tried to verify, I was no longer able to reproduce the bug with any build, including TOT. Will leave this open for a while and close if no one else can reproduce.
