When the multipart root element contains an http-equiq meta tag of <meta http-equiv="Cache-Control" content="no-cache"/>, the browser quits with a 'cacheHandler Pan -20' message.

David, thank you for reporting a bug but I'm afraid that S60 platform developers no longer work actively on this WebKit source code.
