<embed> should inherit background color This bug seems to affect a lot of IE-specific sites (based on the emails I've received). It should be super-simple to fix. Test case attached. bug 18697 covers our incorrect sizing of the plugin

I am unable to reproduce this bug in Safari 17.5 Beta, Chrome Canary 126 and Firefox Nightly 127 and all browsers seems to show same background color. @Fraces - have you seen anything different? I am going to mark this as 'RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED'.
