1. Install a Korean input method (on mac, go to System Preference and International. on Windows, you can add a Korean IME in control panel - regional and language - languages tab - details button). 2. Go to http://www.google.co.kr 3. Switch to Korean input mode (in Mac OS X, choose '두벌식' ) 4. Type 'qk' (바 will show up ) 5. A list of candidates will show up below the search input box 6. It goes away so quickly that there's no way to select a candidate. Firefox (on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux) and IE Win do not have this problem. Safari does not have this problem with Google suggests at Google China (http://g.cn )

With an English localization of OS X, the input mode to use is named "2-Set Korean". Seems weird that this problem is only reproducible on Korean Google Suggest, and only with a Korean IM! Kotoeri worked fine for me, as did a plain U.S. English keyboard.

It appears that Google has done something about this. The problem is not reproducible any more.
