Menu item "Make Text Bigger" is disabled for images, and therefore Full Page Zoom can't be applied to images in Safari 3.1. Zoming a website first and then following a link to an image works however.

Of course the same also applies to the "Text Size" toolbar buttons (as of r31307)

no longer an issue, since full page zoom now is the default and has a proper menu item and doesnt use the text zoom one anymore. 18051 remains though
