I Steps:
Go to
http://mail.ru/

II Issue:
The arrows to scroll images and videos is not seen at right side of the page.

III Conclusion: Webkit is failing to repaint until the window is resized or hidden/revealed.

IV Other browsers: 
FF2: ok (FF3: not ok)
Opera: not ok
IE 7: ok

V Nightly tested: 31032

I can reproduce in Safari 3.1.1 but not in r33518. Please verify and close.

I also cannot reproduce the problem in Webkit r34728 for Windows. Per comment #3 and my test I resolve the bug as WORKSFORME.

jasneet, feel free to reopen the bug if you are still experience the problem.
