Any Javascript launch of the TaxACT help system, during a tax returns session, causes onstoppable scrolling and jittering in the new pop-up window - rendering the help text nearly useless.

I think, it might require session (login - might be) to process tax return, so it wouldn't be possible to reproduce now and we don't have any test reduction.

Marking this as 'RESOLVED WONTFIX' (since never confirmed) and I think if we have bug, it might have newer bug report or might have already being fixed.

If reproducible, please reopen.
