About 20Mb virtual memory every time GMail is opened. It is enough just load GMail page and close it to see memory is not returned back. So some GMail checks and Safari becomes more-than-300MB monster.

I'm using webkit in QT 4.5.0 rc1 on Linux and have similar problems. Memory is increase on every new page (even if the same page reload).
