It would be nice to have a public API function to make the webview background transparent. web_view_set_transparent() or web_view_set_draws_background() need to be implemented.

Fix landed in r30385. This feature may need some work but is good for basic uses. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 16945 ***
