For as long as I can remember with both Safari and WebKit, I have been unable to upload documents to sites such as Google Docs, Google Jobs, Apple Jobs, and several others. Firefox and Camino do this just fine with no issues, but Safari/WebKit are unable to do so.

I just tested uploading an RTF in Google Docs and it displayed as expected for me (unconfirmed r30123).
