Safari Version 3.0.4 (523.12.2) on MacOS 10.4.11 1. Visit http://www.electoral-vote.com/ 2. Mouse over the map shown. Start in the lower right (FL) and move up and to the left Notice that the tooltip shown does not have a red outline on the right and bottom. Also notice the background gets messed up as the tooltip moves up and to the left. See enclosed picture showing the messed up background.

Camino 1.5.4 properly shows the red border on all sides of the tooltip and does not damage the background as the mouse is moved.
