The ATOM specification has the following example for the content element: <content type="xhtml"> <div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> This is <b>XHTML</b> content. </div> </content> In Safari, the space after the </b> end tag is omitted.

Atom/RSS are handled by a closed source Apple framework, not by WebKit. Please file the bug via <http://bugreport.apple.com>. Closing as INVALID per our process. Thank you for reporting this problem!
