WebKit doesn't produce BR element on a shift+return key press. This works in all other major browsers like IE, FF and Opera.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached URL.
2. Place caret inside editable area.
3. Press shift+return.
4. Observe that nothing happens, no BR is produced.
