Confirmed with Safari 2.0.4 (419.3) and Safari 3.0.4 (523.12.2) with original WebKit on Mac OS X 10.4.11 (8S165). Also occurs with
r29336
with Safari 3.0.4 (523.12.2) on 10.4.11.

Spoofing as Firefox 2.0.0.2 fixes the issue. (Enable the Safari "Debug" menu in order to spoof as Firefox.) Looks like an evangelism issue for Google.
