Description Ahmad 2007-12-13 08:44:18 PST
The RSS reader dose not support the RTL text layout(Arabic, Persian Hebrew, Urdu, etc) in both Safari and the Mail.
While the RTL text are displayed perfectly OK in Safari, Mail and Webkit , It seems that the RSS reader in these programs ignore the HTML tag <div align="right" dir="rtl"> etc.
Same RSS feed look perfectly OK in the Internet Explorer version 7 for Windows.

All the RSS feed for RTL text should be aligned to right side of page and the text flow should
be also Right to Left.

Safari RSS and Mail RSS are not part of the WebKit Open Source Project. They are Apple applications. Please file bugs with Apple using <http://bugreport.apple.com/> (ADC membership required; online membership is free).

The bug ID I got is : 5645494 . Dvid forgive my ignorance but I do not know what Radar mean in this context (I have been hearing this word a lot here). I was going to write to Mitz and ask him but may be you can explain it me. Thanks a lot(In reply to comment #4)

Radar is Apple's internal bug-tracking tool. Any bug reported in Bugzilla (bugs.webkit.org) that can't be fixed in WebKit is migrated (or filed) in Radar so that Apple may track the issue.

Thanks! This is for easier clicking:
