Spinning beachball-of-death in History menu

Summary
Spinning beachball-of-death in History menu

Hey, sorry if this is a Safari bug and not a Webkit problem. If I sent it to the wrong place I'm sure you're grown-ups enough to forward it instead of making me do more unpaid work for Apple, right? Anyway, selecting the History menu item and then going to one of the earlier days submenus results in EXTENDED spinning-beachball-o-death catatonia. I don't know if this is because it is pulling in those stupid web site icons (which would REALLY annoy me, BTW -- browsing my history shouldn't result in net activity for any number of reasons) or something else, but my machine freezes for tens of seconds (ie tens of billions of CPU instructions) at a time when I do this. Example Activity Monitor.app backtrace attached

I'd appreciate if you would show some respect for the developers on this project and keep snide comments out of your bug report. The history menu is not part of WebKit, so I'm closing this bug as INVALID. <
