Reported

When in Moodle I send reviews, Safari (last WebKit Nightly build) change the encoding showing me the UTF8 two characters instead the correct spanish accented letters. I need to Change manually the text encoding. Then the mesh does not occur again.

Thanks for the bug report, Juan! Is there a publicly accessible web site that demonstrates this issue? Can you create a page on Moodle's demo server, or a test page on your own server?

I have created an account on moodle.org (is this the same Moodle you are using?), but I have no idea about reproducing this bug. What are the "reviews", how does one send them? I've tried posting to a forum, and that worked just fine. Please tell us more about this problem.

It seems to be related to some Moodle installation. I am using at least two of them and only one shows this problem. When I am doing the evaluation of a task and pick on "Save my answers" button (I don't know how is it in english), it reloads with the typical two garbaged chars instead the correct utf8 spanish letter. Then, if you manually change the text codification to UTF8, the problem disappears yet although you send new "Save my answer" and reloading the page. (In reply to

I'm not an experienced Moodle user, so I do not know how to access these "tasks". Could you please provide very detailed step by step instructions for a new user (something like: "login, click at the button 'a' at the left, then click at the button 'b' at the bottom, type in filed named 'c'...")?
