The inspector should show custom properties that have been set on DOM nodes in the "Properties" section of the resource panel. Currently only properties that belong to one of the nodes' prototypes are shown.

Add attachment proposed patch, testcase, etc.

We do show custom properties in the object. Closing as invalid.
