SVN-r25505: installed, added keys: <key>IncludeDebugMenu</key> <true/> <key>WebKitDeveloperExtras</key> <true/> and restarted safari. The context menu does not show "Inspect Element".

The bug is already fixed and works as expected in the latest Webkit and Safari beta for Windows.
