Looking at xkcd and www.google.com, I don't see tooltips

My system is: 


Windows XP SP2
Safari 3.0.1
WebKit-SVN-r24872
Toshiba Tecra M5
T2400 @ 1.83HGz
987 MHz, 1.49 GB of RAM

Not confirmed. Using r25258 I see tooltips on mentioned sites.
