TSW ID ATAQ-74YEUF google.com.pk/xhtml is a urdu language site (RTL). The input box doesn't display the cursor to the right side and the input box doesn't display the on focus border correctly.

Created attachment 15983 [details] 3.2 patch - fixes input box issues Fixes the cursor to display on the right-side of input box. Fixes the inputWidget to be "over and in" the inputSkin rect. Fixes the main frame to allow scrolling.
