You should notice when you click any Icon below the numbers (e.g., the links below the gray boxes with 0's in them), then the whole page color is changed to full black instead of partially transparent. alexa.com reports this website as being the 290th most trafficked site on the web.

Cannot reproduce. They should be using "opacity:" anyway.
