Tab-switching shortcuts don't work in Dvorak (Qwerty cmd) keymap

Summary
Tab-switching shortcuts don't work in Dvorak (Qwerty cmd) keymap

With the Dvorak (Qwerty cmd) keymap, the command key dynamically switches back to qwerty. This means, in particular, the [ ] keys (or, if you prefer, { }) are moved to where the - and = keys usually live. Unfortunately, with dvorak selected, neither the original keys for switching (cmd+shift+{ and ]) or the dvorak equivalents (- and =) work; the system alert sounds, and nothing happens. To reproduce: 1. Switch to Dvorak (Qwerty cmd) keyboard layout (you'll probably need to enable it under international prefs. 2. Try switching tabs with the usual keyboard shortcuts. 3. Try switching tabs with - and =, which now map to [ and ] when cmd is not pressed. 4. Neither work. The same problem seems to happen (erratically) with the text-resizing shortcuts (cmd - and cmd =).

Tabs are a feature of the Safari browser, not implemented in the WebKit framework. This bug actually affects keyboard shortcuts in other applications and other keyboard layouts. Please use <
