When a user tabs to an IFrame and it receives keyboard focus, it should be highlighted (like IE and Firefox) Repro: Launch the URL for the bug and tab couple of times. The iframe should be highlighted.

This isn't really a Mac convention (e.g., in multi-pane apps like Mail).
