The website worked perfectly on previous nightly builds of WebKit... After I enter http://www.cadivi.gov.ve/ I click on the blue button labeled "Usuarios Registrados" and a new blank window appears, the new window should actually link to something under https://app.cadivi.gov.ve ... it works perfectly on Firefox and vanilla Safari... I don't know if the same behaviour happens on other websites but i just found this bug as soon as I updated...

i was testing previous builds of safari... the last working build is r21359 from May 10 2007 at 9:37 GMT time.

I haven't confirmed yet, but it seems likely to be http://trac.webkit.org/projects/webkit/changeset/21367 which caused other known regressions as well.

i have no idea what happened but it appears the problem no longer occurs on the latest build... im using r21869, but i don't know since when the problem is fixed... anyways thanks to whoever did it =)
