When viewing the page, it no longer scrolls down, however the ad on the right now overlaps the text.

I don't see any issues with a local debug build of WebKit r21427.  David, have you tried a WebKit Nightly build?  http://nightly.webkit.org/

If so, which build did not work?

Could you provide a screen shot of the issue?

This appears fixed in the nightly build from 5/14/2007
