Summary
REGRESSION: linked page scrolls after load finished
David Barto
Reported

When you click on a linked page, the subsequent page scrolls down away from the top where the actual content is. This might be related to #4051, but I can't be sure.

I'm still not seeing anything out of the ordinary. Can you describe the problem in a bit more detail, and list the steps that you take to reproduce it?

I click on the link, and when the page is completely loaded it 'jumps' to the middle/bottom. Specifically it jumps to just below the words 'April 2, 2007'.

I can reproduce this with
r20717
, though I did have to click around a bit before it started doing it. It also looks to be a regression from shipping Safari.

I also can't reproduce the problem, so I was unable to work on it.
