Go to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/windowsvista/default.mspx?pill=-1&WT.mc_id=?MSF601A after repaint/full load a black vertical line of about one pixel appears on the far right. I don't know if this is the flash plugin or something else. I say after repaint because it doesn't appear when that part of the page loads initially. No, this is not a regression.

Ok, somehow the glassBorderRight class is getting a computing width of 3, even though everything else specifies 2. Properties window: clientWidth: 3 scrollWidth: 3
