All versions of webkit/safari I've tested can replicate this problem: Go to https://secure.einterview.org/lifestyle/ click continue a few times, then navigate back and forwards, the SPN logo (which is a php file used for session tracking) shows a broken image icon.

I've put a fix into place for the website so the error will no longer show up in this example.
