All versions of webkit/safari I've tested can replicate this problem:
Go to https://secure.einterview.org/lifestyle/
click continue a few times, then navigate back and forwards, the SPN logo (which is a php file used for session tracking) shows a broken image icon.

I've put a fix into place for the website so the error will no longer show up in this example.

So the bug report is no longer valid. dfj, feel free to reopen the bug if you provide exact step by step procedure for reproducing the problem.
