Design within reach website's menu is offset from the menubar. Works correctly in firefox 2.

Looks like a regression having to do with offset* properties. Haven't looked in depth yet.

You can randomly fix the problem by going out of the page with back and then loading it again with forward. Hitting reload brings the bug back, so it depends whether stuff is cached or not. That could indicate that the problem is with webkit's habit of executing scripts while there are still pending stylesheet loads and the updateLayoutIgnorePendingStylesheets hackery.
