In MSN blog, Normal edting feature is missing as well as the user AVATAR on ther top right is missing

You seem to be reporting two distinct issues. Please file a separate bug for the avatar problem. As for the blog editing feature, could you give more details on what you do, what you expect to see, and what actually happens? It wasn't immediately obvious to me what to do or where to locate the editing feature on the page you referred to. Thank you!
