webkit-patch needs a apply-ews-results-from-bug command

It's really painful right now for folks to try and add new expectations from the EWS bots into their patches.

Right now they have to download the zip and run something like:
zmv ./(**)-actual.png /Projects/WebKit/LayoutTests/platform/chromium-linux/(\1)-expected.png

which sucks.

webkit-patch should be able to do this for them.

Committers can't land patches which cause tests to fail on the cq, thus they can't use the "expected" cycle of just landing and running garden-o-matic to get new results.
