The following layout test is flaky on WebKit WIN storage/indexeddb/constants.html Probable cause: Unknown. Started after 122286?

Flakiness dashboard link: http://test-results.appspot.com/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#tests=storage%2Findexeddb%2Fconstants.html That this test is crashing/flaky is both bizarre and informative as it doesn't actually exercise any IDB code in a meaningful way - it's just looking at const values!
