I don't think this should block Bug 62048 ("[Meta] Implement the new flexible box layout module"). This bug's URL uses "display: -[vendor]-box", not "display: flex". It's using (nonstandard) old-flexbox, not new-flexbox. (NOTE: the URL actually doesn't load, but I'm assuming the corrected URL is: http://samples.msdn.microsoft.com/ietestcenter/css3/flexbox/flexbox-align-stretch-001.htm )
