Since there are aspects of specification still changing, I'm opening this master bug to track (minor) changes that require code refactoring or updates of the currently implemented features.

All dependent bugs are done and if we have still something to do, we can raise newer bug with specific purposes and don't need to keep this old bug open. Marking this as 'RESOLVED CONFIGURATiON CHANGED'.
