Most (all) eweek.com Slideshows don't work in WebKit or Safari - last tested using version 5.1.4 (7534.54.12).

But these same Slideshows work OK in Google Chrome (e.g. 18.0.1025.7 dev)?

PS: Have reported this via Webkit [Report Bugs to Apple ...] menu for last few months as I do daily update to Webkit latest nightlies but problems continues :-(

I cannot reproduce this with Safari 5.1.3 or with latest nightly - all buttons and automatic slideshow work fine.

If you have any Safari extensions, could you please try disabling them to see if they break the slideshow?

Sorry … My bad :-(

Problem was indeed caused by a Safari extension.
