These revisions causes failure in ChromeOS' browser_tests:FileSystemExtensionApiTest and LocalFileSystem.

The reverted revisions are http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/105395 and http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/105483. I manually reverted the latter first, and then the first one, and created this patch. Does it make sense to separately rollout each?
