A user reported that printing doesn't include header/footer information as included in other popular web browsers.  See http://bugs.debian.org/582756

It really seems like this is an Epiphany / Chromium / etc bug. While it may require some API changes in WebKitGTK+, the end result will need coordination with the client. I've updated the title to reflect this.
