I'm having trouble reproducing this one. Is anything other than visiting the page necessary?

Browser is Epiphany-3.2.1, webkitgtk-1.7.3 (though xan was confirming that at least on that day I reported it, it was happening with webkit's master).

I'm also unable to reproduce it with master, do I need to reload the page or something?

I just load the page and wait....

Tried again with ephy-3.3.4 and webkitgtk-1.7.4 and this issue still exists.
