The new layout test compositing/absolute-position-changed-with-composited-parent-layer.html seems to be failing with an off-by-one pixel failure on Windows: http://test-results.appspot.com/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#tests=compositing%2Fabsolute-position-changed-with-composited-parent-layer.html Could someone please investigate?

Marking test failures as WontFix. Bug is still accessible and recording in TestExpectations.
