What it appears like

Rotated horizontal line displays incorrectly.

When rotating a horizontal line, a 1px thin solid gray line appears alongside the intended line. This happens regardless of the intended line's style, or weight. Rotated using CSS "-webkit-transform: rotate(30deg);".

Can be replicated in all Google Chrome releases.

Do you have a test case that you could attach, or link to?
